This customers’ amazing home in Harrow, North-West London was a big project with dozens of tradesmen on site. We were asked to fit wardrobes in 3 rooms and the one being demonstrated here was the guest room that had inclined ceilings. We always welcome inclined ceilings. They are a good test of our skills and if done correctly help to demonstrate quality workmanship.
We found this wardrobe to be most interesting and challenging of the 3 wardrobes that were fitted. Besides the inclined ceiling, we also had underfloor heating to take into consideration. It meant we couldn’t drill into the floor to create a supporting base, instead we had to rely on the walls and ceiling as anchor points. The angles of the ceiling were measured with absolute precision and accuracy. The material was then cut and installed to ensure maximum use of space and the perfect wardrobe fit.
The customer picked porcelain white for the internals of this wardrobe. The sliding doors were in hacienda white and mirror set in a silver aluminium frame.
